Street Paws
In many communities across Tanzania, pets are beloved companions, but they often lack proper care, shelter, and safe spaces to stay. As a result, many dogs are left to wander the streets while their owners are away at work. These free-roaming dogs, though happy, are vulnerable to diseases and harsh living conditions.
Through our initiative, we are committed to improving the lives of these domestic street dogs. In collaboration with local veterinarians, community leaders, and residents in Arusha, Tarangire, and Karatu, we provide:
Free vaccinations against rabies and common diseases
Deworming treatments
Sterilization drives to help control the population and improve health
These initiatives, supported by pet owners and the local community, are already creating a positive impact on the welfare of these beautiful animals.

Welcome, The Dove Foundation
The Dove Foundation is a remarkable initiative developed by our dedicated team, aimed at improving access to education and healthcare for children in communities surrounding our business establishments. Officially launched in 2016, the foundation was created to support families who lack access to free healthcare, quality education, and adequate housing.
Our team members generously donate a portion of their monthly salaries to this cause, enabling us to provide:
Free education and medical care for over 20 children
Better and accessible housing for two families
We believe that education is a fundamental tool that can significantly shape the future of society when young children have access to it. Our mission is to expand this impact, reaching even more children in need.
Beyond education and housing, our goals have grown to include a variety of community-focused projects:
Healthcare kits donated to hospitals in Arusha, Karatu, and Tarangire
Tree planting campaigns, led by our team member Elia, to promote environmental sustainability
Street dog welfare initiatives, helping reduce the number of stray dogs and improve their health and safety
Water projects in Maasai villages to improve access to clean water
