Through the teams at Safari Masters, Mawe Lodges, and Kilidove Tours, we have raised funds to support school projects for families who cannot afford to send their children to school.
Our generous visitors through their donation of school supplies and funds have helped reach more families in supporting this initiative, bringing a bigger impact.
Through our foundation, we have helped dozens of children access education by providing uniforms, school fees, and all necessary school supplies. We believe that education is a key driver for community development, and by empowering these children today, we help uplift the future livelihoods of their communities.

The Dove Foundation Team and Kids
Welcome, to the Dove Foundation.
The Dove Foundation is a remarkable initiative developed by our dedicated team, aimed at improving access to education and healthcare for children in communities surrounding our business establishments. Officially launched in 2016, the foundation was created to support families who lack access to free healthcare, quality education, and adequate housing.
Our team members generously donate a portion of their monthly salaries to this cause, enabling us to provide:
Free education and medical care for over 20 children
Better and accessible housing for two families
We believe that education is a fundamental tool that can significantly shape the future of society when young children have access to it. Our mission is to expand this impact, reaching even more children in need.
Beyond education and housing, our goals have grown to include a variety of community-focused projects:
Healthcare kits donated to hospitals in Arusha, Karatu, and Tarangire
Tree planting campaigns, led by our team member Elia, to promote environmental sustainability
Street dog welfare initiatives, helping reduce the number of stray dogs and improve their health and safety
Water projects in Maasai villages to improve access to clean water
